Flower Basket is for when you are ready to see and be seen!  Two full and lush feathered peonies are made from white, sky blue, and chartreuse feathers with matching green quills.  Although large, they sit on your head like they are made of air.  The flowers are nestled on a green base and covered in a rust sinamay straw swirl that comes up quite high on the sides.  The hat secures to your head with a small elastic strap that goes under your hair behind the head.  

It took hours and hours to make this hat dynamic enough to get attention but light enough to wear all day.  One of one.
